Return Policy

YES! YOU CAN RETURN!
Please read the fine print & return exclusions

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of your order date for all domestic orders. If your return is past the 10 day mark, unfortunately we are unable to process your return request.

Returns must be in original condition; unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Please do not leave items near any cigarette smoke if you plan on returning as this may compromise the original condition.
To process your return we need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns WILL NOT be processed on the following items: FINAL SALE
Accessories-Jewelry-Cosmetics-Lingerie-All sale items-Deal of the Day Items-All international purchases

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item has arrived we will confirm (or deny) the refund based on the original condition specifications above. We will follow up with you via email once we receive the items

Returns will be processed same day. However, the refund may take several days depending on your bank.

MINX is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise sent back for return; we recommend tracking and insuring packages to ensure delivery.
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on international orders

HOW TO RETURN
If you need to return an item, please follow the following simple steps:

• Email shopminxboutique@gmail.com with the subject header “RETURN”
• Please describe why you’re returning (doesn’t fit, damaged, didn’t like, etc.)
• Attach tracking number in email
• Send out to the address listed below

SHIPPING
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours upon receiving payment. Orders placed on the weekends and or holidays are processed next business day
DOMESTIC
Domestic orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL with tracking number. Your items will arrive in an estimated 3-5 business days. This does not include the 24-48 hours needed to process your order. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to expedite your order please contact us at shopminxboutique@gmail.com
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for first class mail. Your items will arrive in an estimated 8-16 business days. This does not include the 24-48 hours needed to process your order. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a faster service or to include a tracking number please contact us at shipping@shopminx.com
